Shell Cordovan vs. regular leather
Random bump from the past of the day! I have the same issue with both pairs or my Darltons. I tried a couple creams and they faded, but they are still there. bunburying, one option is to buy a used pair of C&Js, try them on and then sell them onwards if the pair's not in satisfactory condition.
