lol, I spent over a month in a house with a tankless heater last year. Every morning when I took a shower I had to wait 3+ minutes for hot water, then the heat would cut out without warning right when I had shampoo in my hair. This happened with the kitchen faucet as well.- yerfdog

Naked JD - What to do?
As a side note to cheesus, there are lots of contract manager /contract specialist jobs in the DC area with both the federal government and government contractors. They are probably getting harder to find in the current fiscal environment, but there have to still be more in DC than anywhere...- yerfdog

What to look for when buying a home ceiling fan for the bedroom?
I just installed 3 ceiling fans, 2 in bedrooms and 1 in a living/dining room. The living room has a vaulted, angled ceiling and it's somewhat large, so I got a 70" fan.
