    Acid reflux and exercise

    I suffered from acid reflux when I was overweight. Having shed 2 stone 9 lbs since September, the symptoms have now largely gone away. Being at a healthy weight definately helps, in my case anyway. I now suffer occasionally (usually if I eat carbs before bed). I don't take pills anymore. Good luck.

    Gibson of London Suits - anyone seen one??

    Hi I bought a Gibson shark skin grey suit a few months ago and it's holding up well. It is slim cut but not ridiculously so, at a discount price it's reasonable. I would buy another. Good luck.
