I am a victim of the housing crisis
Rent it out if you can afford it. Hang on to it until the market recovers and it will be easier to sell. In the mean time, having a rental property could be a good tax saving strategy...it may cost a bit more, but you could hire a management firm to rent out and take care of the place for you.- syberhat

What business line are you interviewing for? Not sure how you feel about brooks brothers suits, but they are having a pretty decent winter sale. I see their suits online for $600. The Rolex Explorer II is a good option. Its versitile enough to be worn casually or with a suit. It also has a GMT function which might be of value to you since you are traveling. BB Non-iron cottons shirts $39.75 starting Jan 6th
No experience with the BB shirts but I have a few Smartcare shirts from Nordstrom. They feel a little stiffer than a regular cotton shirt. If you are lazy, the extra few bucks are worth the time you save ironing. I usually get them when they go onsale at nordstrom online.- syberhat

Ive been looking for a sporty watch I can pull off at work but have not found one yet.
