    Getting Grease out of a tie

    Today, I dropped some pizza and got a small grease spot on my tie. After researching solutions, I saw recommendations to put corn starch or talcum powder on it in hopes of absorbing the grease. Has anyone tried this? Does anyone have any others suggestions?

    I usually don't like novelty ties, such as one with school mascots. But I saw a KU tie by Vineyard Vines that I just couldn't pass up. Does anybody have these ties? If so, in what situations do the work best? It's very subtle, so it should work in most settings.
