    Clothes' quality in Outlet

    All, A quick question: Do the stuff(cloth/shoes,ect) in factory outlets have the same quality as those in the stores on the street? I heard someone makes "shabby" stuff, just for outlets store.... not sure if it is true. From my experiences, BB's 346 series are OK, but RL is not... Any ideas??
