Take this for what it's worth, but I spoke to a guy who worked in the Vegas RL store, and he is a huge RRL fan, and was saying it's one of their best selling lines, if not the best. Now, how much he could know, who knows, but I found that interesting. I feel like for such a small part of the...

That would be a cool perspective. I hope they follow back up with you on that. I’d third this opinion in the sense that most W&B I buy is secondhand or NOS off eBay - I’m usually looking for specific things, like those flannels, or a type of shirt I know they did at some point. I always come...

it was 30-40% off included in a sale in the last week or so if I remember correctly. Just check it every few days.

yeah totally. I snagged mine NWT for $50 off eBay, but I think it’s last years model as it doesn’t have the flap pockets or the elbow detailing. I think I actually like mine more though so I didn’t realize till it arrived and I wore it, but they’re similar shirts. Point being, W&B I think is a...

dude, I’d get blundstones, they’re super comfortable, feel really well constructed, I absolutely love mine. You can beat them, work in them, do anything. They’re a completely different boot, style, and aesthetic to what you linked. So, what’s more your style? It comes down to that I’d think.

I think J. Crew, especially the W&B line, and Todd Snyder, can be great for basics and even interesting pieces. Do we all need the most expensive, most complicated construction, most rare piece for everything? At least for me, it gets exhausting to put that much time and effort into researching...

Also, I'm super interested to see how this collab goes, but I don't know where else to drop this to complain about this often misused term: Unless I am going crazy, is it not "Sneak Peek"? I hear "Peak" used all. the. time.

I honestly think companies could reduce so many returns and waste if they even just posted the chest, sleeve, and length. Like, I would never return nearly anything if they did. And most of the times, like if you chat on Ralph Lauren, they have no clue. This brings up my past point - If it fits...

Should I or shouldn't I buy... (clothing item)?

I like it, but it's certainly more of a commit to a belstaff-ish/Barbour International moto style with a belt etc., rather than what I think is an easy to wear, versatile style of a bedale etc. So if that's your style, then I like it! I prefer normal Barbours, and maybe you'll miss that versatility?

I wanted to reply with some info about the Todd Snyder Chamois' as I am possibly getting one - I chatted with them not expecting much sizing help, and they provided this detailed photo. Definitely seems true to size despite their website's instructions. These are easy to get the 15% off for...

Should I or shouldn't I buy... (clothing item)?

Does anyone else feel thrown off or feel like something isn’t quite right with this jacket or its proportions? It’s modeled after an old hunting jacket, it’s a Freenote cloth model. I really like the fabric because it’s made of a Japanese Bedford cord, but something about the pocket placement...

Thank you! Perfect, will definitely go this route if I decide to get one. May just try out my uniqlo one...still struggling with the v-neck style liner and if it looks ok to wear with a collared shirt

I wish more brands would just provide that actual chest measurements etc. instead of saying "this fits a size 38-40 chest"...I'm like, but HOW does it fit? snug, loose? LL Bean is legendary but I hate how they do that most of the time. Wow, that's the small? Super helpful, thanks for those...

Oh thanks for sending this! I actually like that but wish it didn’t have the USN stenciled on. Anyone have one of these?

All great options, thank you! I think I saw Blue Blue, or Pure Blue, had a good one too. Usual suspects, looks like it's gonna cost a bit...hopefully can find a secondhand one, ideally without the USN printing anywhere. Thanks, all!

Do you guys have any reviews or opinions of N1 Deck Jackets? Am I correct in thinking the usual good suspects to look into would be Buzz Rickson, Real McCoys? Any I am missing, even value propositions?

Was looking through for some outerwear ideas and came across this gem ? https://putthison.com/five-lightweight-jackets-to-see-you-through-unreasonable-ac-settings/ I for one am a big fan of the satirical articles. Thanks all! I ended up returning it. I realized I need more functional, versatile outerwear. I honestly wasn't super impressed with the construction to price ratio. However, where else would I find an awesome jacket made of basically an awesome vintage equestrian blanket??? Gotta love RRL. Maybe...
