    This was the first: http://www.styleforum.net/showthread.php?t=105702 I had a second made at the same tailor. The rise is 9.75", knee at 9.75" and cuff and 8.75". Tropical wool Super 120s. $200. I also had the first one readjusted to make the legs less slimmer. I'll take pics of those also.
