Let's crank out 100,000 pullups this year

What are you guys doing in warming up for your pullups? Also, I found this article on T-Nation regarding the author doing 13,064 pullups in 5 months. I'm curious what people think of the author's statements on using rings in pullups: If I can get them, I'll give rings a try. My right elbow...

Let's crank out 100,000 pullups this year

1512 + 7 (I know . . . :embar:) = 1519 I'm confused as to the difference between chin-ups and pull-ups. My understanding is that they are the same thing.

The New, Official, 10th year anniversary

Given the fact that I'm both saving for an engagement ring and have opera tickets - yes, really - I won't be able to make this one. That being said, I await news of fights and bus-shelter sex . . .

    Rambo's World Adventure

Rambo, Denmark would be a good starting point if you wanted to be outside the Anglosphere but not completely lost on how to communicate with people. Most Danes speak excellent English. You would also be starting off in a different, albeit well-developed, country. However you start, I...

    Seattle Meetup

Sorry to cross-post like this, but given how the other thread has yet to generate traction I thought I would post here as well. I'm just curious what dates people are open to. I've only been in town for just over two months now, and one of the few places I know is Cuoco (new Tom Douglas...

What Were You Wearing 10 Years Ago? WAYWRN-X

My footwear of choice would be construction boots, because they were "utilitarian" and "all I needed." Same with my choice of trousers. Dressing well ( and not in the SF sense) was not even on the radar. I also had a lot of weight/self-image issues back then, trying to fit into things which...

    Seattle meetup

Bringing what's become a San Francisco tradition up north. I'm curious what dates people are open to this month. I'm thinking of Cuoco as the meeting place, but I'm open to suggestions.

Just finishing up The Great Shark Hunt by Hunter S. Thompson. Lots of craziness with some seriously insightful gems.
