Made in Spain Footwear, including TLB Mallorca, Cobbler Union, Yanko, Norman Vilalta, etc

Thanks @j ingevaldsson! I think I am kinda leaning towards giving it a try, and would opt for Vegano if I do end up going ahead. Thanks for the suggestion regarding the polish colours, although I am a bit hesitant to the fancy concoction lol (haven’t mixed/played with polish colours before). I...

Made in Spain Footwear, including TLB Mallorca, Cobbler Union, Yanko, Norman Vilalta, etc

Thanks @j ingevaldsson, appreciate your reply (and knowledge)! From what I see, I do totally agree that the construction and finishing on these is absolutely A grade; better than my C&J Handgrade in some respects if I must say it myself. Hence I was drawn to these to begin with. As much as I...

Made in Spain Footwear, including TLB Mallorca, Cobbler Union, Yanko, Norman Vilalta, etc

I was thinking of getting a pair of TLB Artista Burgundy Oxford and was doing a bit of reading on SF. I currently own only a few pairs of Crockett and Jones (started off my shoe journey with a bang lol) but now am wanting to try something different and slightly more economical. I just wanted to...

In addition to that, the soles have closed stitching and the leather lining is a full-sock lining (that's something I noted in my shoes). And the leather is nicer on the HG of course. In saying that, I'd be keen on hearing from others in the SF community as well esp. with regards to Shell...

Thanks for clarifying that @shoeinvestor, I didn't know that you could get a Benchgrade MTO too! But then again, I'm very new to the this fancy shoe world :D @Mallaig - FYI buddy!

Although not addressed to me but my understanding is that any C&J MTOs are usually made to Handgrade standards.

I concur with what others have said above, the leathers are softer and smoother on the Handgrade line. I have both and could tell the difference as soon as I felt them in hand and put them on for the first time. If you can spend a little extra, its definitely worth it! Hope it helps :)

Thanks Braid mate, appreciate it! Yeah Stroud is decent looking pair no doubt. Haha I’m trying my best, trust me. So bloody hard when you get into these things lol. I definitely lean more towards formal style shoes as they can go with suits and smart casual really nicely. I don’t think I see...

Hey lads Hope 2020 has been great for you all so far.. Newbie here (and my first post) so go easy on me please! First I’d like to start by saying a massive ‘Thank you’ to you wonderful lot! I started thinking about getting into some quality leather shoes mid-late last year and felt so...
