    Reach out to EG … I haven’t personally had a need, but I believe they maintain a back-catalog of designs and lasts and can recreate most of what you’re seeing. Perhaps some of the more knowledgeable EG members can confirm?

    Same here. It is the “policy” maybe, to deter outside work and to guard against having to deal with poorly done resoles. But in my experience they’ll consider it if you contact them
