Long sleeve wool polo - with a shirt underneath?
Drake's does this with rugbies. Your primary issue is that the polo is far too tight. Suggestions for adjusting MTM Suit?
I agree. Go for a 2-button (the current position of your middle button is good), wider lapels. Sleeves are not too big, but if they ride up too much while you move your arms, some adjustments might help. The shoulder might be a tad big, it's hard to tell liket his. Is this jacket too long?
It's fine. Maybe a little bit of a slouchy vibe depending on the greater outfit. How do you feel about it? Shortening jackets is one of those moves people tend to regret. It throws the jacket out of proportion and messes with the shape of the quarters. I would recommend not doing that.- Daniel Hakimi

I'd recommend looking into these shirts yourself. Figure out: Which fabric you're most comfortable in. Which one fits you best. Which collar you like the most. The suit list does occasionally still get updated, I think. It was never perfect, though, and seems to have fallen somewhat into disrepair. See this suit guide for quick quality ratings. Mainline Canali is fully canvassed.
