    Thanks for the insight. I'll give the 46 a shot - it's a DB vest, and my other DB vest from SS is quite snug (size 44). I think the 46 should be alright, and if not then to eBay it goes.

    Has anyone ever tried sizing up in a waistcoat and then tightening the rear adjuster? Wondering how it would fit. There is one that I like in a 46 (I'm a 44).

    It was fun while it lasted :(. My favorite suit in my closet is a blue 3 piece Lazio with a DB vest from an outlet ~3 years ago. I think I paid like $200. Maybe $250.
