I would definitely recommend the 258 as one option. You might be able to get all your gear inside .... a 258 will hold your computer and about 4 regular nalgene bottles across the inside, plus one on either side in the outside pockets by shoulder strap points. I really appreciate you sharing your personal results with Dyneema fabrics. Very informative. I think the the denim 256 looks incredible and is instantly iconic! Count me jealous. I can't wait to see what the leather looks like after daily use (sunlight) for 6-12 months. I think the limited edition Heavy Tin run in 2014 managed to exemplify the historical Filson overbuilt ethos in familiar silhouettes and actually cost less than the similar item in rugged twill at the time .... so what OMG is saying can be done.
