Actually, the John Lobb E is indeed the rough equivalent of a US D. see link below for sizing chart. Ditto for C&J. My God, I hate the windsor knot
That's the only collar with which the Windsor isn't wholly inappropriate. But even with a cutaway collar, the four-in-hand is generally the best option. i personally prefer the shelby/pratt knot with a cutaway or wide spread. who will cut working button holes in Boston? What has the world come to? Do I need to travel to New York? You might also try Raymond Personal Tailor on Federal St. He does bespoke so there is an excellent chance that he does button holes.- Gordon Geeko

RLBL lapel puckers out ever so slightly--fixable?
I can't rule out a pressing fix but a low shoulder could certainly cause this issue, or at least that's the culprit with me. Opinion: Is the RLBL Anthony suit suitable for business attire?
As long as its not skin tight it shouldn't be an issue I work in investment banking and have no issues wearing RLBL. In fact, I receive numerous compliments. But YMMV- Gordon Geeko

Another to try is Benny Ho. He was Louis's in-house tailor for years and now has his own shop out in green line territory.
