Question, on TSM there is a 34378 LHS and it looks to be fully unlined front to back, is that the only difference between this model and the 987 LHS? Just bought a pair of Alden unlined dovers with the oiled single waterlock flex soles. Question, what do you guys think about adding a flush metal tap to such a thin sole? I do a lot of walking on some rough surfaces here in Hong Kong.- lootbag

After eyeing Alden shell for a couple years... I decided on my first pair of Aldens courtesy of Yenni @ B+M, and boy have I been missing out. Shell will come later I guess. 9D trubalance fits more snug then I imagined but wore these the entire day and not a single bit of discomfort.- lootbag
