    I don't know what I'm talking about of course, but to me the answer is a very, very casual tailored jacket. Like the old Eidos Augusto jackets, or what Barena is still doing. Maybe some of the non-Bedford EG garments. Key is to have no structure, and have a fabric that's stiff and casual...

    I think the rear measure is also not always correct. Some people have short legs, and then the jacket still looks coat-y on them. It really should cut your silhouette in half imo. full disclosure, have long legs and like short jackets

    i'm still a fan of Barena for some of the casual things. It's a bit more "fashion" and less "easy to wear", but the vibe I get is pretty similar to Eidos slightly tailored sportswear imo. I never liked S&M's neo cut. It's clearly Ciro inspired, but the pattern is cut quite differently...
