    It terms of shell lasting. Carminas are lasted loosely, also shell stretches. These are my nearly 3 year old Carmina wingtips in cognac (darkened over time). These are rain lasted 6.5UK using a 6.5UK Rain lasted shoe tree. It is loose on the vamp.

    Toppys do not keep soles pristine. The glue often used to attach toppys will tear the leather or at best remove the finish once worn and replaced.
