Random question - Someone mentioned that they replace the flat boot laces on their Higgins Mills. Does AE sell round boot laces for that many eyelets, or is there a better place to get replacements?- Hino

Yeah, if it wasn't for that FedEx account that I have linked to one of my emails, I wouldn't have received anything. I technically still haven't received anything from AE regarding the delivery of my order, except for a thank you note from the store manager.- Hino

LOVE this site. This was how I learned how to actually lace a dress shoe with the Straight European method. Yeah, I wanted to start off comfortable and then over time I'm sure the gap will tighten up just a smidge.- Hino

These are fresh out of the box from the most recent trunk show. Weirdly enough, I got a shipping notice from FedEx, but nothing from AE. I generally would get 2 emails when I bought something in store - the FedEx notice and then the AE Shipping information. Sorry to hear about the delay...- Hino

Bourbon Higgins Mills from the trunk show. These are so incredibly comfortable. And there is some burnishing on the toe but I plan to brush it and hope for better patina- Hino

I had the same issues on my pair of Randolphs. I ended up getting a pair of tongue pads and they are always in my rotation. Highly recommend them if you're experiencing a little bit of heel slippage.- Hino

Man, I've always wanted a pair of those MD Chukkas. But after hearing the customer service regarding the shoes, I am a little bit worried. I am assuming that if there is an issue and Drop refuses to help, AE wouldn't offer any assistance on it, right?- Hino

Kyle is the man! He has always been incredibly helpful whenever I go to the store. He was the one that helped me re-size after I lost a lot of weight. Ironically, there are closer AE stores, but I make the trek from Carson to Costa Mesa because of Kyle's amazing customer service.- Hino
