Off the radar brands you love - please post!

I just started working with Farnese belts, carrying mostly their MTO. Great options, truly passionate about belts. Anderson's might have more finesse in their finishing, but you can't beat the options at Farnese

I've run into the Ball and Buck guys a few times, both being boston based stores. Although we have a different focus, I think they do a great job of finding and promoting a cohesive made in America look, definitely worth checking out.

Hiltl is a great make and value, but the fabrics have been less interesting lately. Lotuff is a fantastic bag, new england proud!!! Also, not off the radar but back in a very impressive way, is Borrelli. The soft jackets and shirts are really exquisite

    Merchandising vs Planning?

Hi Boris, I realize it's been a year, but maybe I can help clear this up if anyone else has any questions. As it plays into my roles, a planner or merchandise planner is more of a numbers position where a person evaluates a stores needs based on units that have sold, units on hand, growth...

Edward Green Appreciation: Pictures, Info, and Where to Buy

Racing green Delapre is still an option, it has more blue than olive antique and juniper.

Does that mean you're avoiding the storm here in Boston? That doesn't look like our coastline!

Edward Green Appreciation: Pictures, Info, and Where to Buy

I haven't shared any of my favorite MTOs, lately, I'm sorry for the absence. Here is a bronze Dundee with suede upper on a 202. The dainite keeps it for sportswear. The same shoe with a different utility in Brown utah and reverse eyelets.

Does anyone have an Edward Green wallet?

I don't have one, but have seen many and sold a few. They use their same quality calf or shell, and I've heard positive reviews from customers. I'd guess it's a quality wallet

Winter coat for business casual office

There are lots of coats that serve that world. I'm wearing this version today with cords, boots, and a wool tie and flannel finished jacket. It also works with a sweater and flannels. From Zegna, it's a different price, but I feel like this silhouette is versatile and updated.

Custom shoes using 3d foot scanners

I haven't personally seen a good version of a 3D measurement system in either clothes or shoes, and as a buyer at a premier men's store I see a lot! Technology amazes me every day, and someone will eventually make an AI version of a measurement system, but nothing short of the experience and...

Any recommendations for a relatively new style dress shoe for work?

Your work is still business formal, the shoe should echo that. I'd suggest a dress boot, a nice captoe variety maybe.

Edward Green Appreciation: Pictures, Info, and Where to Buy

I've seen a few juniper samples, this picture is close but doesn't quite capture the touch of sage that's in it, love it more than my old olive antiques, which can read green with a lot more blue in it. Great color probably one I'll run next fall

They certainly can, if your looking around online better try Italian sites. Otherwise, you can always make one

    Alligator / Crocodile Shoes

Just put these together for a client, still on the fence about adding croc to the quarters if I do them again, any opinions?

How Should Boots Fit? Help with Right Size

I think you might have found the right solution. Sell them used and moved on. I wouldn't suggest getting the 7.5, that is too long. Time to try a different boot and see if they have better lasts for your foot shape.
