I know mink oil is not the best thing to use on leather boots upper. I mainly use a damp cloth to clean with after every long day wear. I did not put the link in. But, this is what I was referring to. This is the 2ND pair directly from wolverine. I paid full MSRP to avoid factory seconds. Pictures just do not do the Alden Michigan Innsbruck Epaulet justice. These are some comfortable boots. I've worn them about 4 times now. They are breaking in nicely! I wear my Alden boots this summer as we speak for work. Of course I rotate with another pair. But my Alden boots are nice and cool, and stay very dry 100% of the time. I was concerned with not getting a perfect pair, I know that a 360 degree welt seam can sometimes be really messed up on Alden's. I was surprised that mine are both perfect. I will tell you guys this, Epaulet Michigan Innsbruck boots look so much better in person! Very similar to a Indy, only the Michigan has a 360° degree welt. Commando sole is nice! I can see these lasting years before they need a re sole. I'll get some pics up tomorrow.- tps3443

Wolverine 1000 Mile Boot Review
These boots are not real cordovan. But, that's OK! They are great boots, either way, they are Horween chromexcel leather. And they are 1000 mile boots. Good year welted, and built in USA.
