What's the front & back rise like on these?

Probably. I'm 41-ish and I can, like, put it on, but I think it would be best for someone 38-39.

Bumping this JG suede shearling beauty to $750 now that the northeast has cooled off enough to wear it.

Bump, dropped to $800 shipped. Tagged size 40, though fairly slim in the chest.

Little difficult to measure given the thickness of the shearling, but I think it's too small for anybody with a 40"+ chest. Would work best for someone with 38", and probably works anywhere from 37" to 39".

Alright, listing this officially and with heavy heart. Worn out maybe 4 times—certainly the most beautiful piece I've ever owned, but just too small for me. I bought for $1,116; yours for $900 shipped. A few more photos below. Grey skies and my camera have conspired to make it look rather duller...

Realizing record heat at the start of summer may not be the best time to post this, but interest check on James Grose Lunch Shearling suede in 40? Got for 1,100 and would part with it for a bit less. It's absolutely beautiful, but it was a stretch for me from the beginning (sized smaller, per JG...

٭٭٭ No Man Walks Alone - Official Affiliate Thread ٭٭٭ (a.k.a. I shouldn't have slept on it)

Posted this over on the secondhand thread but wondering if I can get any more opinions here—would it be feasible to size up to a 52 for the brown puppytooth camoshita jacket? Particularly thinking about jacket length. Am usually 40R in suiting but sometimes 40S.

@Trayco Alternatively, what's the sizing been for you? TTS? Do you think I could size up to a 52 if I'm generally a 50?

Ha, we have a standoff! No, I've had these for a year and have grown rather fond of them (and wearing them with the brown KS drizzler jacket and a white oxford in an outfit that my roommates dubbed the Weimar Wandertag). Thanks for the offer, though.

I have the Camoshita brown puppytooth wool flannel easy pants—looking for the matching jacket in 50. WTB at archive sale price + shipping.

Interest check on Norwegian Rain Geneve Homme, navy w/ sashiko print, XL. It's gorgeous, and I can attest that it indeed acts like a bastion against rain, on the 4-5 occasions that I've worn it. Unfortunately, I am just not an XL. I picked it up for ~$400 or so, I think, and would be willing to...

Unfunded Liabilities: a/k/a The Cloth Thread

@Bespoke DJP Thank you very much! That's quite comprehensive—appreciate your perspective on this. Yes, I may end up moving towards a w/s/l blend, which I'm certainly not averse too.

Unfunded Liabilities: a/k/a The Cloth Thread

I've been dreaming about a summer sport coat in a fabric akin to Die Workwear's famed Summer Tweed, but a bit more green—something into the olive tones. I've had trouble finding olives in more casual swatches than covert cloths, heavy tweeds, corduroy, etc. Does anybody have any ideas for...

On a separate note, Virtusize seems to be having an aneurysm on some of the NR jackets (though not all of them), at least for me.
