Looks like the listing was already taken down. Yeah $475US for burgundy shell pennies, I couldn't resist. Note that Skoak mentioned that the shoes were unworn, but there was a slight scratch on the sole. Here's hoping they fit so I can put more than a scratch on the soles!- crossfi73

Agreed, everyone has their own idiosyncrasies. I need to make an excuse to jet off to NYC and just try on like 20 pairs of shoes and take some notes on fit. Those seem lighter than the previous pictures I've seen. Is that just lighting in the pictures/contrast to the background, or have you actually noticed them lightening up on break-in? Wow those do look nice - where did you find them? Unfortunately I just picked up a pair of captoe monks on Inca late last year. I haven't seen the Buger last before, it looks fairly elongated and narrow in the toebox in that picture. Anyone have experience with it?- crossfi73

In my (completely unqualified) opinion, it seems like with the production delays they have had for MTO/GMTO combined with longer lead time on stock items, they may feel like demand at the $350-$400 range was just more than they could service.
