Went in to the AE store and walked out (metaphorically) with a pair of Dark Chili Fifth Avenue's. Two week backorder due to demand right now. I did get the belt, trees and polish though, so now the dreaded countdown begins. Place was crowded which was great to see.- TxLiving

Simply, I don't think I'd go with the PA's until I want/need to wear suits and/or black pants. Neither are in my near future and so I can't justify buying black PA's. I do really like the look that the PA/5ths give with though in other colors without being so formal.- TxLiving

I was all set to buy the Oxblood Carlyle this weekend (already emailed the store to let them know what I wanted), but seeing the Chili Fifth Avenue's have me rethinking. Really looking for a color I can wear with Blue/Grey pants, and both will work...It's tough wanting shoes haha.- TxLiving

Easy...both :) If this is your first AE shoe, I'd go Walnut to start with. It's just so versatile a shoe to have. Then either go Oxblood Strand or other. Just an FYI, I would think the Strands will be on sale in April.- TxLiving

I agree. Trying to change the belt color with cream seems like a good way to end up buying a new belt once you ruined the other one. I like being close on the belt to shoe color, but matching the style of the shoe with the belt. My belt for my strands is a bit flashier than what my belt for...- TxLiving

When is the Next Brooks Brothers Sale?
Not the best sale, but not bad with the additional 15%. Bought 4 shirts and with all discounts it came out to 46.92/shirt. Add in $100 gift card and free 2 day shipping (have amex card), and it was a pretty good deal at $103 out of my pocket.- TxLiving
