    DO NOT LENGTHEN LONG SIZES! I am 6'-2" with longer than average arms/torso and the length of the jacket is spot on. Arms are about a half inch longer than I'd like but that's an easy alteration.

    All my orders have been shipped within a week, usually within a few days. I have been very satisfied with order fulfillment and customer service. They did send me a crew tee instead of a crew sweatshirt a few orders ago, but that was quickly resolved.
