Allen Edmonds x Massdrop Unlined Chukka Boot Review/Info
Either 10.5B or 9.5D. General sizing rule with widths is if you go down a width, size up half. Go up a width, size down half. This is assuming your 10C is a perfect fit. My Brannock is 10.5B, so in standard width shoes I'm usually a 9.5D. Never actually tried a 10C. For larger fitting...- Elessar

Thank you both for replying, appreciate it. I wear a 8.5 on the Simpson, 8.0 on the Rain. I do think that I'm actually somewhere like 7.75 on Rain and 8.25 on Simpson (ie, I can wear the 8.0 on Simpson if need be), so I have a feeling that the UK 8.0 on the SL 199 last should be a good fit...- Elessar

Haha. You can never go wrong with the Alpinist. It's one of my favorite watches, along with Aevig Huldra blue. Very versatile, looks great with dressier straps as well as a beat up leather nato.- Elessar
