I've tried both. The Lazio is slimmer, I had to size up on the jacket from 38R in Napoli to 40R in Lazio. The Lazio overall fit me a lot better than the Napoli. The Napoli jacket fits me really well, but the pants were pretty tight. I had to get the seat let out, whereas my Lazio just needed a hem.- Dan08
