Does anyone know 1) what this is (mold or just oxidation) 2) easy to clean, how? Carmina is offering to take the pairs in but it’s developed on all my three pairs. I can’t actually add any shoes to cart on the new customizer. they actually even let you choose your own piping! What is the standard leather they use for piping shell Cordovan ? is there any examples of VIOLET stitching?- trevorplease

on top of the MTO sale in April I had a 30 or 40 off for a prior fckup. Wasn’t about to let that go to waste. They offered an extra 10% off that. I think I paid ~ $400 all in all. I’m just glad they take care of their customers even though it takes a long time- trevorplease

First pair was the wrong color and had stretch marks on the side panels. (Done End of June) Second pair was OK but for some reason had a ton of creases on the back heel panel area , they asked if I wanted another so I took it. My MTO from April 2020 is finally over after multiple remakes I think it’s finally OK. It’s still not perfect but OK.
