The men are wearing a grey suit.... I was asking about accessories like tie, pocket square, etc. Ladies will have black dresses, none of which are matching. So they will not in any way resemble the grey suits.- ghost650

Yes, fascinators are women's accessories worn in their hair. Re: the colors, we actually had a different color theme before.
