I'd add 2 inches to the length, taper the waist an inch or two and call it good. I like the sleeve length. Upper back could lose a little too, but it depends on how you want it fit.- Surferbruce

Getting a custom made leather jacket?
I recall your need to buy local. Of the two I'd go with the cafe racer, more timeless style, the other MOTO is just a little odd (epaulets? No. ). If you're doing custom maybe some zip sleeves versus the button closures. How much (in dollars) are they asking?- Surferbruce

I think for the price (these are around 100$ or so right) you should just pick the style that you like and roll with it. The last batch of stuff, there's a couple jackets in there that don't look bad. If it's what you can afford go for it. Wear it and feel good. Don't let other people pull you...- Surferbruce

If you want to keep these and go ahead with toning them down you can paint them. I did it to some leather Palladium's that were a light tan color and wanted them darker. Get some acrylic paint, in a burnt umber or some other brown you like, thin the paint way down with some water, wipe down the...- Surferbruce
