Finding a similar polo shirt

San Francisco - 3 days - restaurant suggestions?
After seeing the LA thread, I was certain there would be one for SF as well, but if it exists, it's surprisingly well hidden. I could use some help figuring out where to eat and drink in the 3 days that I visit. I have been there a few times for work, but never really ventured to any good...- dqm45

GrantStone shoes - any buyers?
Any SF folks who have bought from GrantStone? I'd love to hear feedback. Shoes look great, and I have seen comments on Instagram that they source from Horween and a French tannery (can't recall the name), but no mention on their website, which makes me wary. Also, their vendor thread here...- dqm45

VAT refund - buying from Herring and shipped to London
I will be visiting London in a couple of weeks and want to get a pair of shoes from Herring shipped to me there. Will they give me a VAT refund form (407) that I can turn in at the airport? Mods, not sure if this is the right forum. Please move if it isn't.- dqm45
