It's been like this since the new site launched. I mentioned it in a response to the "Web Site Review" blog post as well. I think you're right though, as long as the shirt was produced in that size, it will always show up in the filter, regardless of stock.- Doorn

The navy skeleton was my second WvG purchase a while back and it remains my favorite. The print is subtle enough that most people don't even notice the skeletons on my shirt until they get up close and really look.
