Thanks, AHS! Re: vintage shell, my only other shell shoes (PTBs) are also Lloyd & Haig. This is purely by chance (different sellers, different times, different websites). In fact, I had never even heard of L&H before finding the first pair. They each just looked good and weren't too pricey...- jogowill
