Dyeing Leather Boots?
I have a wonderful pair of Red Wing x J. Crew Beckmans; after much wear, snoseal, and conditioning, they're more of a dull dark brown now... would I ruin the leather by using deglazer on 'em and then dyeing the pair black so I could polish them up to go with newer outfits?- TTRD

Red Wing Gentleman's Traveler
I've got a pair in brown for just under a year now. They're the Red Wing x JCREW ones - I've treated them pretty harshly though (albeit with snoseal) so they're holding up really well. The only thing is that original unique look is gone and replaced by a dull dark brown. I'm thinking of buying...- TTRD
