    Many observant Jews do not wear garments of wool and flax (animal+vegetable). The Biblical term is "shaatnez" and in certain ultra Orthodox areas (read Williamsburg, Brooklyn or Monsey in Rockland County) you will see garments rabbinically certified not to contain mixed fabrics.

    ugh, PSA Ike behar OTR shirts

    I wouldn't be so quick to judge. I know that I am a 15.5US/39EU in every shirt except the Behar's. So I buy a 15. I also pick them up for $60 or less at NM Last Call and the Behar's are the staple of my day-to-day wear. They launder very nicely and I think all in all they are a decent garment.
