So close to what I want! Is it worth trying to have this suit's sleeves shortened?
Thanks for the comments, I was planning on having the trousers hemmed if the suit was a keeper, and according your advice (and a tailor), the sleeves are not too long to be shortened before the buttons.- justkevin

After much searching, I found a brown, coarse wool suit that I really liked (club monaco). It went on sale, so I grabbed it and it was almost exactly what I wanted. I received my Indochino suit last week and was pleasantly surprised. The fit isn't perfect, but is substantially better than anything I've ever gotten OTR: Some questions: The vest is a little roomy and I may have it taken in. I'm about to order my first Indochino suit. My GF measured me yesterday following their video guide. We took all of the measurements twice. Most of the measurements came within an inch of their "best guess" based on my height, weight and body type. There were a few that were several inches...- justkevin

Where to buy a 3-piece suit for under $1000?
I just ordered their tailor's kit and read through some of the Indochina threads. It seems like there's a lot of hate on them right now, but most of the people who posted pics look pretty good to me (maybe the people who got terrible fits don't want to post pics).- justkevin

I'm looking to buy a new suit. My gf thinks that I look good in vests (and I agree) so I thought a 3-piece would be nice.
