Nicksh, thanks for your response. I was thinking more about the entire sole/last. If it's possible to get a whole new sole/last installed/mounted? Guys, I've never purchased SLP before but I dig their minimalistic boots and leather goods quite a bit. Especially their laced 'Signature Army Boots'. But how is the general quality of the (patent/shiny) leather used in their boots? I just want to be sure the quality is top notch at €680/$865.- Ali Mir
