    I really don't see any fat whatsoever, but you simply need to bulk up. Try 50 pushups every other day and supplement with 1 gram of protein per lb of body weight. Add 25 pushups to your regimen every 3 weeks until you can't do anymore. You're not flabby, you just need muscle.

    Double breasted suits do and probably always will feel outdated to me, I care not what the media tells me is in or out. But if I see someone rockin a DB suit and it looks good, more power to him. I seriously doubt they'll be making any semblance of a comeback in my wardrobe.
