Brunello Cucinelli question

I'm confused. I ordered a paid of Tod's Boots on Yoox. I've orders LOTS of stuff from yoox and there was never a question of authenticity...which is why i'm not sure what to think about these. Topcoat question.

Marsell boots
So I'm getting ready for fall/winter and I just got a new pair of Marsell combat boots. They came with two rubber, belt-looking things. They kind of look like a larger version of the belt that you replace in a vacuum cleaner. Anyone know what these are?- graydog

jacket sleeve tailoring
As I was having lunch yesterday, I noticed that my blazer had no vent on the cuff and the buttons where just sewn onto the sleeve. I found this to be odd.
