    Just measured my BB ESF, size 15/32. P2P - 20" Waist (about 20 cm below pits) - 18.75" Slightly narrower than CT's chart for the same size, in Tailored Fit.

    I was wondering the same. I have some BB ESFs, but problem is they are a bit tight in the chest, but too wide in the waist. More of a straight cut, but I need v-shaped. Are CTs better in that regard?

    I had this problem with a MTM shirt. Arm holes were too narrow, causing creases near pits and in the back at my lats. You would likely have tugging at the placket if the chest was the problem.

    I'm not pro, but shoulders appear ok from the front, though there is bunching in the back near your shoulder blades. Sleeve length seems fine, but get some waist suppression done and perhaps the back taken in. I'd have pants hemmed and tapered, and definitely take the pleats out.
