Roundtree and Yorke (dillards brand) lambskin jacket. I know its not RLPL or Loro Piana but I figure a jacket in flawless condition is worth $20. plus its lambskin. probably went for $500 new.- JHBU2011

What watch should my friend get? He has ~$40k budget
replica watches are aweful. What about a U-Boat? you should venture over to RWI forum and see just how awful some of these replicas are. At a certain price range it even comes with torubillon. Then again if its a psychological issue for this man, I would go with a real watch...- JHBU2011

Rank the following leather types: Calfskin, Goatskin, Lambskin and Pigskin.
pig skin would be the least (although they do make a good football with it) I would say they are used for different things. Lambskin is really really soft and used for smaller things while calfskin is a bit harder. I don't know about goat skin though.- JHBU2011

Random health and exercise thoughts
damn 30 miles you doing it for triatholon, or marathon? You need plenty of electrolytes though.. I ran 5 miles this morning, but temp got to around 90 by 9:30. Where in the states do you live where u can do 30 miles and not over heat? Do you just run on a treadmill?- JHBU2011
