    Kent Wang - Affiliate thread

Echo of a question from a little upthread: any chance of the cornflower blue flora pocket square coming back to life? I bought it, loved it, and then gave it as a gift to a friend who wore it for his wedding. I already want it back :D

    Help with green stripped shirt

This. About the ties. Especially the grenadine. I think the blue jacket is good, but with the checks on the jacket and the stripes on the shirt, I'd avoid any more patterns in the tie. If you have a solid navy tie with texture, that's the winning look right there, imo.

    Knit tie inspiration

Thanks guys, especially threadbarer and master-classter for the photo posts. I am definitely down with the grenadines, and I now have a couple of knits (square-bottomed) that I wanted to try to work in, but I was figuring that it was more a sportcoat and jeans look. It's nice to see it paired in...

    Knit tie inspiration

Can you teach me how to rock a knit tie? At first, I didn't quite understand the knit tie thing, I always figured the patterned/striped tie was king. But now I'm starting to feel the knit tie love growing. Can you teach me how to work it well? I get that it's more a casual piece, which works...

It's >25 years old... noob question here, but how can you tell the age? Is it something about the label?

White buttons on navy coat - white or navy thread?

Im wearing my navy sportcoat with white MOP buttons today as a matter of fact. Mine all have white stitching except the bottom sleeve button on both sleeves...I had that done in navy. Im on the fence on that choice...sometimes I think its a nice subtle touch, sometimes I have it. I think that's...

    Where to find this tie?

It's difficult to tell from the ebay pictures, but it might well be this exact tie: Ebay link (Posted in today's Put This On ebay roundup)

    Kent Wang - Affiliate thread

I'll definitely put my vote in for dropping an inch on the length, any idea if this would happen for the next round of restocking, Kent?

    Kent Wang - Affiliate thread

Just got my two polos (pink and white) a few days ago. The collar is an absolute work of art. I still feel that a two-button/shorter placket would be better (especially for shorter guys), but it is definitely a really nice shirt. Now to decide whether I want to cop some other colors, thanks...

    Kent Wang - Affiliate thread

For those who requested fit pics, here's my polo. Got the large and love the fit (i'm 5'11" 165 lbs., usually get shirts in a medium or small). I love the shirt, the collar, the feel of it, everything. Fit-wise, I only wish the sleeves were a bit longer. Feel like the shirt is trying to show...

    Kent Wang - Affiliate thread

I'm relatively new to the world of menswear and am just starting to get my act together. But I just want to say thanks Kent for giving me a place where I can go to get great staple-ish items at really good prices. I'm super excited for the upcoming lavender polo, and am saving my pennies to buy...
