     I have hiro in 11.5us & olfe in 11. They're close to the same length. The hiro is wider at the toe joints but taper in more quickly to the rounded point. The olfe begins to taper at the same point but has more length so the taper is more gradual, leaving more toe box space.

    I got the charts & went by width. My usual 11D US in AE fits perfectly in an 11.5 US (10.5 UK) Hiro. You probably shouldn't go by length since all shoes have extremely variable cap space depending on the last taper.

     Closest I've seen are factory seconds appearing on ebay. Mostly minor blemishes in leather (which--they're shoes--they'll get plenty blemished with use) in small sizes. Otherwise, they probably keep inventory too low to really have to unload stock in sales.

     Seriously! Maybe it's because they're not usually held in inventory (or at least while they all took vacation in August) when manufacturing odors would dissipate. Seems like it's production on order, even for RTW. Mine smelled fine after a few days.
