On another note did go by the 635 project car I had mentioned a few months ago...the “Land Shark” of the BMW line would be a great project car but would be interested in doing the V8 swap out similarly that was done on my V-12 XKE. Wow those are a great find for someone! Did pick up a pair of Grant Stone (GS) that had a new custom insole put in, vibram soles and over all very little wear...vintage violation but very solid shoes.
