  • Epaulet x Styleforum Alpine Loden Collection

Loden wool, woven in Tirol for centuries, is known for its resistance to cold and wetness. Our project in collaboration with Epaulet introduces Alpine Loden, a modern 18oz fabric blend of 75% merino wool and 25% nylon, woven in Italy. It's lighter, more durable, wind-resistant, and more comfortable than traditional Loden fabric. Partnering with Rochester Tailored Clothing, we offer custom garments like sportcoats, suits, and overcoats, made to your specifications. Learn more about the Loden collection here.

Random Fashion Thoughts (Part 3: Style farmer strikes back) - our general discussion thread

Staying in the Ace Hotel for the first night so checked out Friend. Very cool, bought a couple tanks because it’s too damn hot. Also checked out Iron Shop Provisions down the street - nice selection of raw denim and workwear. Will check out UAL tomorrow.

Any interesting shopping in New Orleans? Going mainly for a bachelor party but I’m arriving a day early and want to do see some art and maybe do some shopping before the shenanigans start.

Also finally got my new hardtail and managed to hit Silver Falls in time for the first rain in months. Incredible and can definitely recommend the Giant Fathom.

Not the best picture, but I can recommend this seat clamp varia mount for those without SWAT bolts. When I added a dropper to my gravel bike a seat post mount became impossible. Cestbon Radar Bike Mount for Garmin Varia Rtl510 515 TL300 and Garmin Varia Rearview Radar Tail Light. Saddle...

I love my rapha brevet gear, but my cafe du cycliste jersey seems to be the same quality. Haven’t had the issue with the seam tape so far.

Rapha is cool and it’s always on sale so I own a ton of it, MAAP is not my thing, but Cafe du Cycliste is probably the perfect Styleforum cycling brand. Pictures are from their collab with Agnes b

Leather Jackets: Post Pictures of the Best You've Seen/Owned?

Getting sleeves shortened on a jacket like that shouldn’t be a big deal at all so don’t let that stop you.

RANCOURT & Co. Shoes - Made in Maine

I don’t have the LH sole but I do have the pinch penny loafer and I use them as my “dressy” travel shoe. Camp sole isn’t particularly supportive but I walked all around Venice a bunch in mine. Wouldn’t want to do a full day of walking but a mile or two on pavement isn’t a big deal.

RANCOURT & Co. Shoes - Made in Maine

Ordered the bison leather ranger mocs from J Crew while they were getting cleared out for $120 (all gone now). Hoping they look better than the pictures but can’t beat the price.

RANCOURT & Co. Shoes - Made in Maine

Traveling again and my pinch penny loafers are undefeated for warm weather. Can do a decent amount of walking and still look like an adult in a restaurant and they pack down nicely.

Any recs for Atlanta shopping? Gonna try Sid Mashburn tomorrow but would appreciate any other options. Tend to wear prep/work wear, but definitely willing to branch out. My wife would also take a look if there’s cool womenswear.

    Custom White's Boots ... Thoughts?

Oh wow. Let me know what you find out as I’d like to get the C350 Rambler but I need mismatched sizes.

Dehen is not particularly soft. Incredibly rugged, but not soft like a merino. The overshirts in moleskin are incredible and really soft tho if those interest you. Also, they just came out with a really nice rugby for those that are looking for one. John Simons shirts are really really nice...
