  • Epaulet x Styleforum Alpine Loden Collection

Loden wool, woven in Tirol for centuries, is known for its resistance to cold and wetness. Our project in collaboration with Epaulet introduces Alpine Loden, a modern 18oz fabric blend of 75% merino wool and 25% nylon, woven in Italy. It's lighter, more durable, wind-resistant, and more comfortable than traditional Loden fabric. Partnering with Rochester Tailored Clothing, we offer custom garments like sportcoats, suits, and overcoats, made to your specifications. Learn more about the Loden collection here.

My wife got a bunch of great linen stuff from Lithuanian etsy sellers. Really nice heavy fabrics, big drapey coats, pants, similiar. I havent found anything equivalent (almost like Nest Robe Confect) on Etsy for men unfortunatly.

@OccultaVexillum Old Town "Plains" https://www.old-town.co.uk/products/plains Note that one of the guys modeling them on the page is older with presumably wider waist and hence baggier fit. Slightly tapered, high waist, normal fit, loads of fabrics.

I realized too late that I would love a black heavy Wrap coat. Never followed Lemaire - do the same coat styles return each FW?

To be honest, it's probably this Uniqlo U cost. Wore it loads in summer and fall. Very easy to wear (although doesn't really breath), nice quality.

what type of pins are you considering? I have a bunch of pins I wear (one at a time) in the lapel of jackets. Have a couple of ouroboros pins, Eye of Horus, green man, and others.

I guess there's some joke here on eating the meat from one animal at the time versus mixing fish, pork, chicken and rat together as mincemeat....
