Shout out to "goatamous II" for the shoes he was able to grab. Cleaned them up a bit but they wont work for me as they are just a bit to small (size 9D). The toes could likely use a redye, i just used some cream polish. If anyone is interested send me a PM, just looking to get out what I paid...

Been MIA from here for awhile but no places to buy shoes, combined with work and giving financial advice and studying for a higher designation. I did come across these las week, vintage Hartt custom grade golf shoes. Can feel the thickness of the leather and double soles. Will post these and...

I should have sold those like 2 months ago when I first listed them and had a member from Japan offer to me. Just send me a PM and if I move them directly to you will do it for cheaper or some sort of barter service, I was planning on having ken on retainer as my Ontario lawyer should I ever...

I second the elephant on them, very cool indeed, perhaps I didn’t set the bar high enough for myself in getting married one day in my fighting seal Church’s

Found these lovely plain toe blucher's out and about yesterday, likely from the late 1960s-1970s, sock liner is fairly worn but knew them to be Dack's, storm welted, nails in the spine and most curiously a certain collector's 9E sizing, although I think likely they are not wide enough

I saw those on eBay, and they were my size....I once got a new set of heels put on a similar pair in China and the weight of the heel was like a red Russian hockey puck.

Seems today was my lucky day, was feeling under the weather so took a rare day off work. In between driving my other have to and from school came across these finds in 2 seperate value villages (general rule is they put out new stock on tuesday) 1) John Mchale's gunboat wingtips. Not the best...

You wouldnt see them by Mchale, even older hartt shoes would be more along the line of something worn and or made by the RCMP. I would not have posted these if not for the fact they were not a size 9.5D

Finished cleaning them up, I did once have a nicer pair of later 50s dack spectators that were wingtips, vcleat heels that were bought by a flipper on ebay that I liked more than these but still a fascinating piece of history

here I was worried when I saw the message on these the other day, i liberally like to call any oxford like this captoes, and likely get more search results then derby....but in this crowd I will respond with what a wiser teacher told us in prep school. When in trouble and being accused of...

Found today at a thrift, $4, soles are not in great shape and too small of a size, suspect they will eventually head towards Japan once they are cleaned up, inner liner is from the 1940s-1950s
