Possibly wrong but I think it’s from the same season as this: If it is, then it’s a brushed cotton herringbone. And if it is that, then I think it’s either AW14 or AW15 as I have a pair of fatigues in the same fabric from then which to my knowledge, they didn’t use again? I remember seeing a...

    Engineered Garments SS 21

I’m with bry2000, I’d personally go with M but that’s because I prefer fatigues to have a bit of room in them. Trust your gut. I also see no issue with the cuffs- wear them how you want.

The ripstop will have some give in it, so you should get a little extra in the waist after a day of wear and as long as you don’t hot wash and/ or tumble dry then there shouldn’t be much, if any shrinkage.

You will probably lose some length but unlikely to lose much in the waist. The small will probably stretch a tiny bit on the waist with some wear. What fabric are they?

    ENGINEERED GARMENTS FALL/WINTER 2020

I tumble dried an old pair of the mismatch panelled carpenter pants and they were noticeably shorter afterwards but otherwise fine. Still totally wearable.

I agree with this, but I think that comes from the fact that as an ex-sneaker head, for want of a better term, I hate the current state of the sneaker game/ market, and I don’t really value dunks in any way.

I think there’s a couple of factors that are influencing my thoughts on this: 1. Price, as already mentioned, I’m in the U.K. and EG comes with a fairly hefty price tag compared to the US and so the thought of spending substantial, three-figure sums on clothes to then go and do dirty, heavy...

I put absolutely nothing in the extra pockets in my FA pants, which is mostly down to the fact that we’re still in almost total lockdown here in the U.K. and so I’m not really going anywhere. But even when I can go ‘out’ out, I’m not going to be putting anything in them, I rarely, if ever use...

My wife said she liked them (she may be lying) but I don’t care- they’re great.

The shop coat is looking good in that make up too:

    ENGINEERED GARMENTS FALL/WINTER 2020

Does the harness have any practical uses or is it a purely decorative item? It seems to me that it serves no real purpose (unless I’m missing something?), which feels slightly at odds with EG products in general. Does it attach to jackets or coats? Are you meant to attach things to it? What’s it...

Any decent clothing alterations place should be able to do repairs and if they’re faded and you don’t like that then it’s easy to dye clothing. However, that may not be a good idea if they’re patchwork as the different fabrics may take the dye differently.

Are you asking if there’s a place that just repairs EG?

I’m kicking myself for not picking it up too, and I had a good few chances during the sales.
