while ill always consider a tortoise shell, and its one of the more unique riffs on it that ive seen. the clear crystally chunks make the bulk of the mottle really pop. highlights my eye color, really.
its going to kill. imo, asian market is the broadest and most experimental of regions. id go out on a limb and say their style is the most diverse and interesting; simultaneously theyll wear looks without over intellectualizing it.
from experience, its a toss up who helps you if youre just walking in. A relationship with a SA is more important than frequently shopping with a particular store let alone a particular house. Seeing other customers instore, often especially “hardcore” customers, they are frankly often awkward...
interesting, i appreciate what you mean by added dimension, and you cant deny the effect smell has on the brain. ive read all the bits that hedi has put out about fragrance, and frankly ive always been susceptible to his suggestion and products. love the perspective.
this fragrance discussion is fascinating, im personally not into it (sure, it smells good?) and have always been into the tactile and visual. great to see people enthusiastic about the slice of it im not into, understand how people experience and consume it. its like taking cream with coffee...
i only have two rn, but ive been feeling my black walkers more than the loewys (even though i spent a lot more effort trying to find the vintage tortoise loewys. they were a bitch to find and i really just stumbled into them on accident)

agreed, just jmm is building on what ditas i have. different vibes for me, jmm has taken my chunky acetate role. originally i was going to get a pair of muskels, but stumbled on the walkers for a bold black chunky optical frame. love them, got noir.
