Belgium Nettletons in the wild. Obviously not vintage, but I found them on Ebay.

Additionally, AE won't warrant a recraft of a shoe marked "no warranty" or defective. If the shoe is destroyed during the recraft, I think all they will give you is a few bucks or perhaps the price of the recraft as credit towards new shoes.

A word of caution on this subject when it comes to Allen Edmonds. I was told by a AE rep that the seconds sold through their outlet are as you described....good shoes with minor flaws; flaws that could often be corrected during a recraft. However, those marked "no warranty" (and possibly "FD"...

While internet surfing I ran across these sneakers on sale. In 20 or 30 years will folks be looking for these the way this group looks for made in USA oxfords and derbies? The profit margin for these and comparable sneakers must be insane. If these truly fly off the shelves, it's not hard to...

That ad reminded me of this well known BMW ad... https://qph.fs.quoracdn.net/main-qimg-480dad4e3635c65e397f41345714919e-c

Definitely a steal. A couple of years ago I picked up a pair in comparable condition for $125 shipped and thought I did exceedingly well. For some reason the Greyson doesn't get a lot of love on these forums. Mine are part of my regular rotation, and have largely replaced by calf AE...

Interesting. I have two pairs with black insoles, and have never suffered any staining.

Not debating your assessment, but isn't the current channeling of the sole stitching an improvement over the earlier manufacturing process? Also the earlier shell models didn't indicate JR soles, so I'm not sure what AE was using, but was it as good as the current JR soles?

I corrected my post. I think it was 2009-11. https://www.styleforum.net/threads/allen-edmonds-appreciation-thread-2018-news-pictures-clothing-accessories-etc.600733/post-9322508 But reading the above post maybe it was 2007 - 11.

I believe the black insole period was more like 2009 - 11.

Don't own any Yuma's, but it made me appreciate my J&M shell Ski-Mocs.

From my prior post you'll see I'm guessing they are Stuart McGuire.

I believe Stuart McGuire also used that medallion as well as the stylized "L" font and the same heel toplift. Additionally Stuart McGuire used a nylon welt. I can't tell from the picture if the OP's shoes have a nylon welt, but I suspect they do.

You obviously have no sense of fashion. Surprised someone hasn't jumped on the BuyItNow price. These are obviously the first run of a new Allen Edmonds line that is sure to take the world by storm. I expect to see Baker Mayfield sporting these in the next catalog, and Allen Edmonds sales will...

Shoes that are guaranteed never to need a resole, and you can stand tall and proud; wearing them casually or with a suit!

Wow. I missed these from the catalog. Need to protect those soles with a Topy. https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.com%2Fulk%2Fitm%2F142951849415

The brogue holes on the McHale's, at the tip of the wingtip, are a bit odd. Wouldn't stop me from wearing them. I would say they evidence the shoes are handmade, and add character.

Does anyone know anything about Daniel Cremieux Signature Edition ties?

It is a fine tie. I can't tell you much about your tie except I own several Daniel Cremieux 7 fold ties that I like.
